Upcoming Money Mindset Courses

We're planning something a bit different for autumn 2025. Rather than quick fixes or overnight transformations, these courses dig into the psychology behind how we think about money. Because changing your financial situation starts with understanding your relationship with it.

How Each Course Develops

Week 1-2: Understanding Your Starting Point

We begin by mapping out current money beliefs and behaviours. No judgement, just honest assessment. Many participants find this part surprisingly revealing—patterns they've never consciously recognized become clear.

Week 3-4: Identifying Root Causes

This phase digs into where beliefs come from. Childhood experiences, family attitudes, cultural expectations—all these shape how we handle finances today. Understanding origins helps create perspective.

Week 5-6: Developing New Approaches

With awareness established, we explore alternative ways of thinking. Small shifts in perspective can lead to different choices. This isn't about becoming someone else—it's about removing obstacles that limit options.

Final Weeks: Practical Application

Theory means nothing without practice. The closing sessions focus on applying new insights to real situations. Participants develop personalized strategies that fit their lives, not generic formulas.

Course facilitator Harlow Brigstock specializing in financial psychology

Meet Your Facilitator

Harlow Brigstock has spent fifteen years working with people who feel stuck around money. Not because they lack intelligence or ambition—usually because old patterns run deeper than they realized. Her background combines psychology and financial counselling, though she'd probably describe herself as more curious listener than expert lecturer.

What sets these courses apart is Harlow's refusal to treat financial mindset as separate from the rest of life. Money decisions connect to everything: relationships, self-worth, childhood experiences, cultural background. Her approach acknowledges that complexity rather than offering oversimplified solutions.

Participants often mention her ability to create space for honest reflection without pressure. These aren't high-energy motivation sessions promising dramatic transformation. They're thoughtful explorations that respect individual experiences while offering new perspectives.
